REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
At Note & Ink Studios, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Please retain the receipt or proof of purchase for all return requests.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [number of days].
